Bread
1.5 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup? oil
10oz. pkg. frozen strawberries in sugar, thawed and drained
Mix together flour, soda, sugar, cinnamon, 0salt
Add eggs, oil and strawberries
Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Pierce with a toothpick to test for doneness
Butter
1 - 10 oz. package frozen strawberrie in sugar
1 C soft butter or margarine
1 C powdered sugar
Combine ingredients and blend well.
