Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1/2 lb beef pastrami
1/2 lb provalone
flour
bread crumbs
1 green onion
1 tsp white wine vinegar (maybe apple cider vinegar)
1 clove garlic
3/4ish cu - 1 cu Dijon mustard
Fresh oregano, basil, and rosemary
dash of beer
salt and pepper
1 egg
pound chicken
lay pastrami and cheese on top and roll up. put in tooth picks to hold
put flour on a plate
put bread crumbs on a plate
mix the rest in a bowl and put on a plate
dip chicken in flour, mustard, bread crumbs
bake a 350 for 45-50 minuttes
