CHRISTMAS MORNING BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
6-7 eggs
2 cups milk
6-7 slices white bread, cubed
1/2 t. dry mustard
1 1/2 cup mild or sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 t. salt
1 lb. mild bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean, Bob Evans, etc.) or 1 lb. diced ham
Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add milk, salt, mustard, and bread cubes. Stir and add cheese and meat. Put in a greased 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 350 degrees 45-60 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
