Asian Salad
Napa Cabbage - 1 head
1 bunch of green onions
2 Ramen noodles (Oriental flavor)
2 pkgs. of slivered or sliced almonds (6-8 oz. pkgs.)
3 Tablespoons Sesame seeds
ROAST
Crushed noodles, almonds, and Sesame seeds at 350 degrees (don't add oil) until golden brown about 10-15 minutes. Stir frequently.
DRESSING
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup oil (I use Canola)
1/2 cup sugar
2 Seasoning packets from the Ramen noodles
Boil at least 3 minutes to dissolve the sugar and blend the flavors
MIX
Just before serving mix the cabbage, dry ingredients, and wet ingredients together.
